{"id":15880,"date":"2025-06-24T20:04:43","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T18:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isoclip.it\/dt_portfolios\/isoclip-in-pozzolengo\/"},"modified":"2025-09-10T17:38:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T15:38:59","slug":"isoclip-in-pozzolengo","status":"publish","type":"dt_portfolios","link":"https:\/\/www.isoclip.it\/en\/project\/isoclip-in-pozzolengo\/","title":{"rendered":"ISOCLIP in Pozzolengo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Project: <\/strong>Pozzolengo (BS): the new look of a gas station thanks to ISOCLIP\u00ae<br\/><br\/>Who said that a gas station only has to be functional?<br\/>In Pozzolengo, in the hinterland of Lake Garda, a gas station gets a makeover with ISOCLIP\u00ae, the insulating panel with a porcelain finish that combines technical performance and aesthetics.<br\/><br\/>&#8211; Thermal and acoustic insulation<br\/>&#8211; Customized look thanks to a wide choice of finishes<br\/>&#8211; Quick installation, even in difficult thermo-hygrometric conditions<br\/>&#8211; Impact resistance and zero maintenance<br\/>&#8211; Three types of insulation materials: Aerogel, Glass Wool, EPS<br\/><br\/>With ISOCLIP\u00ae, comfort meets design, even in the most unexpected places.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Pozzolengo (Brescia)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Year:<\/strong> Beginning of works 2025<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Products:<\/strong> EPS Panel and Porcelain Stoneware Finish  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Aesthetics and insulation in one panel!  <\/strong><br\/>Even a portion of a building can change its apperance and transform its aesthetics into a sleek, modern and, most importantly, perfectly insulated building.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How ISOCLIP\u00ae is made<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Equipped with an insulating panel (in Aerogel or Glass Wool or EPS with graphite), ISOCLIP\u00ae is internally constituted by a powerful insulating stratigraphy. The adhesive layer in contact with the ceramic slab and the stainless steel hooks facilitate the installation of a porcelain stoneware slab for a quality, resistant and long-lasting aesthetic result. <\/p>\n\n<p>ISOCLIP\u00ae arrives on site already pre-assembled and ready for installation. It is mounted directly on the external walls of the building, without resorting to invasive work or demolition, with installation times reduced by 50% compared to a traditional insulation coat. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Installation<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The correct direction for the installation of ISOCLIP\u00ae panels is from the bottom, starting from the right and proceeding leftwards.<br\/>The ideal team of operators consists of 3 to 4 people who can lay between 70 and 90 square meters per day.<br\/>Glue application can take place at temperatures between 5\u00b0 and 35\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<p>ISOCLIP\u00ae can be laid on different types of wall.<br\/>Comply with the following steps:<br\/>&#8211; Checking the coplanarity of the substrate; in case of unevenness, a skim coat can be used;<br\/>&#8211; Check the type of dowel to be installed, the system weighs max 20kg\/sqm;<br\/>&#8211; Cleaning of the surface and\/or application of a primer (not mandatory);<br\/>&#8211; Laying of the starter profile and verification of alignments;<br\/>&#8211; Laying of glue with a notched trowel with parallel rifling to the short side on both support and Isoclip\u00ae panel with C2TES2 glue;<br\/>&#8211; Fixing with dowels (No. 4 per panel);<br\/>&#8211; Adjustment of panel flatness and joints (4-5 mm);<br\/>&#8211; Polyurethane grouting and the creation of expansion joints every 12 sq. m. at maximum<br\/>(Can be performed as early as 24 h after the panel installation);<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":15814,"template":"","portfolio_entries":[],"portfolio_tags":[],"class_list":["post-15880","dt_portfolios","type-dt_portfolios","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>ISOCLIP in Pozzolengo - Isoclip<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Who said a gas station only has to be functional?
