Un dialogo tra grandi logge vivibili e tecnologia dell’involucro ISOCLIP: quando il comfort abitativo incontra la sostenibilità

L’intervento residenziale di viale Pieroni 8 a Cusano Milanino (MI) rappresenta un chiaro esempio di come la moderna progettazione possa inserirsi in un tessuto urbano consolidato senza strappi, ma portando un valore aggiunto di contemporaneità e sostenibilità.Situato in un’area centrale caratterizzata da una stratificazione storica eterogenea, il progetto non cerca il contrasto, ma l’armonia, proponendo un edificio che dialoga con le preesistenze pur affermando una propria identità distintiva.

Dialogo urbano e continuità spaziale

La sfida principale del progetto è stata l’inserimento in un contesto “vivo”, denso di storia edilizia della seconda metà del Novecento. La risposta progettuale si è concretizzata, grazie all’esecuzione dei lavori da parte dell’impresa Edilman Srl, in un volume che instaura un rapporto visivo e spaziale diretto con gli edifici limitrofi. L’approccio è di discrezione e rispetto: le volumetrie sono state armonizzate e i ritmi compositivi studiati per garantire una transizione fluida tra il “vecchio” e il “nuovo”. Questo garantisce una lettura unitaria del fronte stradale, evitando dissonanze percettive e valorizzando l’identità composita del quartiere.

Le logge: da accessorio a protagonista architettonico

Elemento distintivo di Pieroni 8 – di comune accordo tra la committenza Biosfera Srl e il progettista arch. Giacomo Mongelli – è la reinterpretazione della loggia. Lontana dall’essere un semplice accessorio tecnico, la loggia diventa qui un dispositivo architettonico di mediazione tra la sfera privata e lo spazio pubblico.

Disposte con una regolarità che conferisce ritmo alle facciate, le logge introducono una profondità plastica che movimenta i prospetti attraverso giochi di pieni e vuoti. Dal punto di vista funzionale e commerciale, questi spazi sono concepiti come estensioni naturali del living: veri e propri “spazi intermedi” che permettono di vivere l’outdoor mantenendo la privacy, rispondendo così alla crescente domanda di mercato per abitazioni che garantiscano un contatto diretto con luce e aria.

L’innovazione in facciata: il sistema ISOCLIP

Per la realizzazione dell’involucro è stata scelta una soluzione all’avanguardia capace di coniugare la massima efficienza energetica con una resa estetica di alto profilo: il sistema ISOCLIP.

La facciata di Pieroni 8 non è un semplice cappotto, ma un sistema evoluto che integra l’isolamento termico e la finitura in un unico pannello prefabbricato.

• solidità e sicurezza: a differenza dei cappotti tradizionali incollati, ISOCLIP prevede un sistema di ancoraggio meccanico brevettato. La lastra di finitura in gres porcellanato è assemblata al pannello isolante (in questo caso EPS ad alte prestazioni) tramite staffe in acciaio inox, garantendo una tenuta eccezionale agli agenti atmosferici e azzerando i rischi di distacco.
