In the hills of Calestano, in the province of Parma, a farmhouse surrounded by greenery has undergone a meticulous energy retrofit. The goal was to transform the building into a modern, energy-efficient home, while maintaining its harmony with the surrounding natural environment.
To meet this need, Isoclip, the thermal insulation system with prefabricated panels and porcelain stoneware finish, was chosen. This solution achieved high levels of living comfort and significantly improved energy performance, reducing heat loss and enhancing the building’s aesthetics.
The chosen finish, characterized by a natural, textured tone, blends harmoniously with the colors of the hilly landscape, helping to maintain the visual balance between architecture and nature. The result is a house that blends into its surroundings, becoming the perfect retreat on the edge of the forest.
