The AMA ADVANCED MATERIALS division of AMA Composites Srl, a company of the Italian AMA group, specialized in the sector of very high performance low thickness thermal insulation (Aerogel Based) and High-Tech composite materials, announces that on 29 January 2024 it concluded the acquisition of PFM Srl, a Modena-based company of reference for ceramic processing such as rectification, lapping, satin finishing and water-jet cutting.
PFM has developed and patented the innovative ISOCLIP system: the ideal solution for the thermal and acoustic insulation of a facade combined with porcelain stoneware. In a single panel – ready to use – the beauty of the external walls is guaranteed, together with the thermo-acoustic insulation, thanks to the installation of the slabs with the desired look
